A BRIEF ABOUT US
WHO WE ARE
Our Mens Group has been going from strength to strength. We have an Annual Membership £10 or Lifetime Membership of £60
Our aim is to tour Devon with an all inclusive event which includes stallholders, live music, guest speakers and workshops to combat social isolation within the LGBT+ community and to educate people.
We provide support through counselling, befriending, hospital visits, and network with other local organisations to support vulnerable adults.
LGBT Number 3 originally started with a few friends getting together for a cup of coffee. We soon realised that there was a need and the merry group started to grow. We started to meet once a month in our home, where people felt safe. From there we started to go out for meals, enjoy day trips etc.
In 2009 The Intercom Trust in Exeter gave us an award for the work we do in Devon for the LGBT+ Community - they have continued to support us in everything we do, and we really appreciate that.
In 2012 we started a membership scheme - and have members in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset.
In 2015 we met Drink Wise Age Well and are currently working together on a project called "Arm in Arm" bringing organisations together to tackle the issues of social isolation and raise alcohol awareness within the LGBT+ community.
Our mission at LGBT Number3 is to provide a safe and friendly environment
for the LGBT+ Community to meet
To make Devon a more inclusive and accepting place to live.

ARM IN ARM - EXETER
Sunday 13th November - Exeter Football Club Conference Room 11am-3pm
MENS LUNCHEON CLUB
This is a great way to meet people, socialise and generally catch up on the gossip!! Prior booking is essential so that we can alert the venue as to how many are attending and arrange seating so that we can all sit together. Please do not just turn up on the day and expect to be seated with us. These events are very well attended and sometimes the venue will not be able to fit you in.

DON'T TRAVEL THE ROAD ALONE
ARM IN ARM
We wanted to show the LGBT+ community in rural locations what resources are available to them through various local organisations within the Devon area. We do not have commercial stallholders, purely informative, educational and supportive. We want people to come away from Arm in Arm with a sense of inclusion within the community.
